Place was clean staff was good. We really didn't get to try out breakfast we mainly used it for sleeping. We were visiting family and went to there house.

The hotel was nice. the location was great. The rooms were large and quiet, and the complimentary breakfast was good. However, the water in the shower did not get hot - just lukewarm, the mattress was comfortable but not great, and the pillows were lumpy. I would probably not stay here again.

Terri-it looks like you enjoyed part of your stay, but looks like we fell short in some other areas. I will certainly have our maintenance engineer check on the handle that controls the water temperature, and make sure there is nothing wrong. We are in the process of changing out our pillows, so all you need to do is just ask and we could have replaced them. Look somewhere else.
This was the second time to stay at this particular hotel and the last time unfortunately. There was no hot water in the shower. Luke cool at best. 3 guests in one room with only 2 bath towels. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time. The free breakfast…I’m glad it was free because it wasn’t great at all. Every time we came in or out which was quite often the front desk employees were on there phones.

This hotel was great for what we needed! The kitchen was stocked and that was so helpful! Lots of places to eat. The only complaint I have is how terrifying riding the 2 elevators was. We were on the 4th floor, lots of coming and going. One elevator jumped/moved when you got on and the other made terrifying grinding noises when it was approaching the stop. There is no record of safety checks posted. They scared me enough to take the stairs multiple times. Said a little prayer each time I had to ride them... with my small children!! Everything else was awesome!!!

Felt Rushed
Took a few minutes to get service but when we did she was extremely polite and eager to help. Stay was great until housekeeping knocked on door 3 separate times BEFORE checkout time. I did not appreciate feeling rushed and the constant bother/interruptions. Checkout is 11:30….if I’m not out by 11:31, then you can knock on my door.

Amazing room, great customer service and amazing different options for breakfast. Tommy the attendant for breakfast is so friendly and helpful. The property smells clean when you walk in and they great you hello or good morning early in the morning. Love the coffee bar available 24/7

Beware Speedway Noise and Rowdiness
This hotel is excellent but the clientele on weekends when there is an event at the nearby Raceway gets out of control. Literally set a truck on fire in the parking lot with their antics and police had to be called this weekend and we got to try to sleep with a room full of smoke the rest of the night. Check the Speedway schedule before considering this location.

Dear Anonymous-we apologize for the inconvenience from the incident over the weekend. We have been open for 7-years, and this was the first time anything like this has ever happened. As you stated in your review, the police did respond, and the situation was handled. Please be assured that this is not the normal at our hotel. Safe travels and we hope to see you again real soon.

We stayed only 1 night. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Area around this property was quiet. Overall was a very comfortable stay.
