Terri-it looks like you enjoyed part of your stay, but looks like we fell short in some other areas. I will certainly have our maintenance engineer check on the handle that controls the water temperature, and make sure there is nothing wrong. We are in the process of changing out our pillows, so all you need to do is just ask and we could have replaced them.
