I had high hopes because the office was clean and decorated. But then I was checking for bed bugs and the pad on my bed was stained bloody all over. Someone tried to paint and got paint everywhere whichever made it look more old and dirty.
I was 20 minutes late leaving and the front desk attendant kept my 20.00 deposit. He was the same guy who checked me in a few hours earlier. I will never stay here again.

We have a policy that says if you check-out late we can't give you your deposit back and that is the purpose of deposit and if you didn't read the policy in office there is one in your room as well. Everyone has to follow it. It's OK if you don't want to visit us again we do a
have customers that are very coordinating and they are happy following the rules and regulations and that is why they always come back.
Awful, from checking to being kicked out in the morning and be threatened to have the police called and actually calling them because It was 11:15 and I was just walking out of the room. They attempted to charge my card an additional $25 for the late check out.

Despite everything we cooperated with you. Firstly, you couldn't pay the deposit when you checked in. And about checking out, our policy, which is displayed in the office and in the room states the check out time which is 11:00 a.m. And the manager tried calling you several times at 11:00a.m and also knocked on the door several times and you didn't answer. And after a while you agreed to and we charged you for late checkout fees which was also declined. And you still wouldn't check out, therefore we had to get help from cops. And the time you actually checked out was 11:41 aa.m. We also have all the recordings from that time if you have any other objections.

I booked this through Hotels.com with pet friendly option. When arrived they had no pet policy and charged me $50 cash for my dog. They also had a $20 cash deposit which wasn't mentioned on reservation as well. I called a week later because I checked out at 06:00 am and just left my hotel card /key on table. Was told that forfeited my deposit by not coming into office to check out and that this is their policy.

Sir,
Firstly, it is our motel policy of NO PETS. It is mentioned online, and there are atleast 3 display notices about Motel Policies mentioning NO PETS ALLOWED- ON THE OFFICE DOOR, IN THE OFFICR AND IN THE ROOM. Even after that, you weren't honest about bringing a pet when you checked in. We got to know about you having a pet after certain other customers complained to us about it. We then charged you for having a pet $50 only while it cost us $350 to get the room deep cleaned as there are certain customers having problem with smell which still hasn't faded. Also there are notices in every room stating the penalty charges for having pets which is $250. And we didn't charge you for that either. We tried our best to cooperate with you. And the cash deposit is returned to all customers when they check out. Our office is open 24/7 and customers who check out at anytime come and get their deposits back. It is customer's responsibility to come and return the key and get the deposit. You didn't do either and a week later, you call up asking for it.
It was a fine visit. It’s the type of place you would expect. My biggest complaint is that I could hear the person in the next room. I could stay here again.
Dead bugs in the room (glad they were dead). Air conditioner barely worked after being on for several hours. 2 towels, no wash cloths for a family of 4. Smelled smoky.

The first room I checked in the air conditioning didn't work but I was given another room which was okay. They could give more towels. Also they should offer breakfast.
