"I had a lovely stay at the Mull Hotel and Spa. The hotel and food were lovely. The staff were on another level amazing. They were friendly, helpful, attentive and so hardworking. They made the whole stay so special with such an amazing level of customer service. I'd like to especially mention the Head Receptionist, Holly. She was so.helpcul and friendly. "I’ve been staying at this Muthu for many years now. The reasons for coming back have been the view, facilities and the ease of parking. Recently, the staff have remained consistent and I’ve found them to be polite, pleasant and happy to engage. We love the lounge area and the pool. Some updating could be done, but the rooms have the dated quirkiness which is appealing. It would also be nice if repeat customers were recognised for their loyalty. I’m not sure if Muthu’s systems allow for such...

"We stayed one night for our anniversary in the tower and it was magical! Beautiful views, lovely room, friendly staff, and gorgeous grounds to take walks. Food was exceptional and service was top notch without being stuffy. You won’t regret it and nothing since has matched the standard of service and elegance. "
