"The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views; however, my overall experience was impacted by the level of service. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my room was not available until 3:40 PM. When I inquired about the possibility of receiving a drink voucher due to the delay, the manager, Jasmine, responded in a manner I found to be discourteous. She stated that she had done her best to have the room ready on time and explained that the delay was due to guests checking out at 11:00 AM. Absolutely no consideration that my child and I had been patient with them."

But the front desk clerk just told us that they could not switch because the hotel was fully booked, without trying to check to see if there was any multi-bed room available at that time. I'm sure at that time, which was relatively early for check-in, there were multi-bed rooms available, since that's what we reserved and hotels don't assign rooms until guests check in."
