"Amazing location for seeing the sites and having the parking at the property was the biggest perk. The room was relatively updated and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was asked if I wanted daily housekeeping which I agreed to and it was missed two of the days we were there. Overall a great experience and I would likely stay there again "

"The room had a laminate hardwood floor that gave the impression that it was clean and as a result I found nothing objectionable. The ice machine outside was broken and it looked like it was broken for a considerable period of time. The lobby had a tiny ice machine which filled only one cup of ice. If you have a car you better check in early as parking is extremely limited. The location of the hotel offers great shopping and restaurant selection as it is on the north side of Lombard Street just one block from Chestnut which is a happening street in the Marina. I was traveling for business hence my needs are minimal which is a quiet room and a comfortable bed and although I was in the “basement” or 1st floor facing the parking lot it was surprisingly quiet. If you are looking for a budget hotel for a night or maybe two I think you would not be unhappy with this no frills establishment. "

"Lovely gem of a place. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Would definitely stay again if we returned. Having self contained kitchen was an absolute plus. Staff were fantastic to deal with. Close to amenities, could not fault our stay. "
