"I called the day before the visit about a late check-in and was told there was someone at the desk 24-7. When we arrived we waited for 30 minutes to be helped. No one was there to check us in or answer the phone for help."

The breakfast was plentiful one morning and not so plentiful the next (could have been the worker on duty at the time). Check-in was a bit long but the front desk clerk was very nice. All in all, I would stay again. "
