Very disappointed

Arrived to the island that evening. Could not find the room once we got to that side of the island. Rooms went from 1-9. Our room was 12. We attempted to sleep in our car, then ended up driving around for 2 hours trying to find an open and affordable hostel or hotel. They would not give us a refund.
