"The check in was easy and quick. I wish they had told me my phone would deprogram my card key. It's been a long time since I have had a key card do that. So I had to walk back to the front desk to get my key card reprogrammed. The room was made up nicely every day by housekeeping, that I was there. Everything seemed in order. The heater and AC worked properly. I did notice that the curtains either need to be washed or replaced do to have smudges on them. My mini frig. worked properly and the ice box was working so I was able to use it for my ice packs. The microwave worked well. I did not use the Keurig coffee maker in the room. The daily breakfast was not fancy but it was good. At night the area was quiet. I slept well. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but no one fixed the leak from my tub faucet or gave me an update as to when someone would come and take care of it. I did call twice on the day I checked in to let them know and if anyone was coming to fix it. The response was the repair people are busy. I also explained to the front desk that it was not just a drip type of leak but more like a steady stream of water leak. It was like that during my whole stay. Having fixed my faucet at home in the past all it needed was a new cartridge. I hated seeing all that water being wasted. I did notify the front desk again when I checked out. I hope they fix it before they have someone else use the room."
"Breakfast was solid for a free hotel breakfast, always with eggs or omelets, breakfast meats, biscuits & gravy, and waffles. Pool was okay. We had 18 guests sharing 6 rooms, and the key cards kept failing, over and over. I had to make four different trips to the front desk to get new keys made during our 3-night stay, and that was only for my room. Wasted lots of time waiting in line at the front desk. The fitness center was a joke, but at least the AC was strong and the treadmill worked great."
"BYO"everything".
When we rented the place, there were pictures of a jacuzzi and pool. They didnt tell us that was under construction. The shower had hair all in it and uncleaned. So taking a hot bath was out of the question. The sliding door to the deck is unable to open. Bring all your own plates, utensils, pots , pans. And loud partiers at midnight on a weekday."
"The room was clean. As far as the bedding it felt like paper. It could use a comforter since there are no blankets. The breakfast was do it yourself awaffles sausage that had to have been microwaved it was shriveled and grey. The fruit and yogurt were great. Juice and the coffee was delicious. We requested fresh towels when we left in the morning hoping we could return shower and relax. No towels we had to go downstairs and get them ourselves. The rooms are stuffy noair circulation. The bed was comfy the pillows are old and wore out. The shower was wonderful the water came out perfectly to almost a relaxing massgae . The gal who checked us in was the rudest person ever. She spoke with her head down when i told her i didnt hear . She looked at me and raised her voice like i was deaf. This behavior was uncalled for and i wouldn’t want someone like that working for me. All the other employees were sweet and helpful."
"I recently stayed at Heritage Inn Express Roseville and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and everything felt fresh and organized.
The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and the freeway, which made getting around simple. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and the overall stay smooth and hassle-free.
For the price, this hotel offers great value. It’s a solid choice whether you’re staying for a night or a longer visit. I would definitely consider staying here again."
"This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Cigarette smoke looming throughout the entire hotel(didn't bother us but something to definitely note), the room itself was absolutely gross -- grease/ dirt grime all over the walls, shower caulking was mildew ridden, particles/ hair in the "clean sheets" on the bed, AC sounded like it was on its last leg, appliances and such were definitely older(not a bad thing but again the cleanliness was an issue), the list truly goes on. We were so tired from the event we were up here for that we just gutted through it and went on our way the next day. I felt necessary writing this review because none of the other reviews matched what we thought our stay would be like in choosing this hotel because of them. It is sad because overall it looks like this hotel went through a remodel not too long ago to some capacity, definitely the exterior but im fearing they just "put lipstick on a pig" and didn't actually update the facility. Would not recommend staying here unless you do not mind dirty conditions. The greeting at the front was really nice, the gal that checked us in was awesome and very informative, she gets 5 stars."
