"Our stay at LUX Belle Mare in Mauritius was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed, setting a perfect tone for our visit. The friendly staff greeted us upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to Ghada’s exceptional service and radiant smile. A highlight of our stay was meeting Sanjay, who ensured we had towels and water for our speedboat ride, making our experience more comfortable despite the rain. These thoughtful gestures set this hotel apart from others. Every meal was a delight, especially the South Indian cuisine prepared by the talented chefs. The buffet offered a variety of dishes catering to all tastes, each prepared with utmost care and quality. A special mention goes to Kamlesh, whose exceptional service and care truly stood out. When I spilled hot tea, Kamlesh immediately brought a cold towel and water. When my wife fell ill, he prepared a soothing drink. His attention to detail and genuine concern for our well-being were exceptional. We are truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by all the staff members at LUX Belle Mare. Our stay has been filled with memorable moments, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. We will gladly recommend LUX to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. "A really gorgeous resort based in the North of the island. I went with my partner for a romantic holiday and it was lovely place to relax and unwind. The team can't do enough for you and really looked after us. Make sure you pay for the All Inclusive package as it's well worth it - aside from the buffet, all restaurants are Ala Carte and although not everything is included without a supplement, we found there was enough to choose from. We particularly enjoyed Kumin which is an Indian restaurant (where they prepared the most amazing tandoori dishes, curries & nan bread) and watching the sunset at Waves, listening to some gorgeous voices & acoustic vibes - the entertainment was generally very good. We also took advantage of the water sports which are all included. Just make sure you grab some sea shoes when you collect your towel as the coral / stones make getting into the sea painful unless you are prepared! A special call-out to Artee in customer services who was lovely & very helpful, Owen in the bar and Juliano who provided a lot of entertainment. We'll be back :)"
