"I loved the hotel. I did notice the next morning that the fridge was not turned off. I would suggest advising people when they check in to verify and turn on if needed. I understand not everyone uses the fridge but I had brought leftover food and it was no longer good. I didn’t think to check."

Hearthstone Inn Boutique Hotel Halifax - Dartmouth
8/10 Good
"My wife and I were kind of scared when we first pulled up to the property as it is located in a very shady part of town. But once inside, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. There was a bar, the wifi worked, the TV was a smart TV. The complimentary breakfast was top notch. The staff were very helpful. Other than the location, this place is a diamond in the rough."
