Perfect Location: The property is within short walking distance of the historic city, which was a massive plus for exploring without needing to constant rely on transport. Comfortable Rooms: Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of sightseeing. Standout Rooftop: The absolute highlight was the rooftop lounge and bar. It was excellent and offered a truly spectacular view of the historic city—the perfect spot to unwind in the evening.We had a wonderful time and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip!"

"It took awhile for staff to find our reservation through Expedia, we weren’t sure if it even existed on their end.. It’s about an hour walk to the city center, but bus, bike, taxi options are available. The staff were rude when we struggled to buy smokes from the machine in reception (if you don’t have European ID, good luck!). Our porch light didn’t work in our glamp tent and it wasn’t the best quality but amenities make it worth it- shops, restaurant, pool/jacuzzi, laundry, etc., though it doesn’t seem the pool is open in early September."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel , but it is a bit of a trek into Florence . If you choose to walk it's about an hour or you can get the bus but that takes between 20 minutes with no traffic to over 40 minutes at busy times . We did use taxis occasionally but they are expensive 30 euros into town each way. But it was lovely to return to the peace and quiet after a long day sightseeing and using their wonderful swimming pool."
