Hotel Sercotel Ciudad de Miranda"Staff very helpful and spoke English, room excellent and clean with very comfortable beds; the problem was the parking-difficult to find the garage & have to manoeuvre the car into a lift to the basement and the access to the rooms via lifts with key cards. Also the instructions for the garage were inspiken Spanish and there would not be room in the lift for a large vehicle e.g SUV."
