While it was good value for money because it was inexpensive, a few things can be improved here. The rooms are dated and in need of cleaning and small repairs. The parking is not really adequate. And the thin walls between rooms means you can hear people talking in the adjacent apartments. However the owner is friendly and they are undergoing some renovations so hopefully it improves.

Unfortunately the lack of air conditioning in a cramped room was a major issue. The reliability of the wifi could also be improved, it regularly went off for long periods...just as i was trying to do flight check in

Local de excelente localizacao, muito perro da lagoa, praia da barra, praia da joaquina tambem proxima, o uber fica super em conta. Boas opcoes de mercados e farmacias próximos. Anfitrião foi super tranquilo e solícito com nossa familia. Quartos muito limpos e acomodam tranquilamente uma familia ou grupo de 4 pessoas. Recomendo demais. Pra quem quer ficar do lado leste da ilha, é excelente o local. Um pouco distante do centro, mas nada absurdo.

Experiência ruim mas quebrou o galho no Carnaval

Experiência não foi das melhores, não tem ar condicionado, ventiladores precários, formiga até dentro do microondas, baratas pelo apartamento, ficamos 4 dias e 3 noites, e nenhum dia foi retirado o lixo, muito menos trocado as toalhas de banho, roupa de cama cheirando mal, reservamos para 4 adultos e 1 criança de 6 anos, tinha apenas 1 cama de casal e dois sofás cama, tornando obrigatório a criança dormir junto na cama de casal, causando desconforto para dormir por dormir todos apertados na mesma cama. Apenas 1 rolo de papel higiênico para 5 pessoas usar durante 4 dias, estacionamento desorganizado. Não voltaria novamente !!!

Otima hospitalidade e localização

Tudo ótimo. Cheking super flexível. Ficamos no quarto pra ate 4 pessoas que tem um otimo espaço. Cozinha equipada com fogão, geladeira e micro-ondas e tv. Chuveiro é bem quentinho e fornece roupa de cama e tolhas. Excelente custo benefício, tanto se você for utilizar a hospedagem literalmente so para dormir, como para realmente descansar

Recomendo!

Fiquei na suíte. O quarto é pequeno, possui um cama Queen e uma de solteiro, ventilador de teto, micro, TV e uma área externa com varal e mesa, tem um pequeno espaço privativo cercado e com portão, porém a grama estava alta, mas é um espaço bacana, pois fica separado das outras acomodações. Tem cozinha de uso coletivo com ítens básicos e churrasqueira. Ótimo atendimento!
