O hotel é maravilhoso. A minha única crítica é que o pouco alimento sem glúten que tem somente no café da manhã, não consta nada escrito, precisa perguntar ao maitre. Deveriam ser mais claros na sinalização dos alimentos para dietas especiais.

O hotel é bom, entretanto tenho algumas considerações. As piscinas externas tem água gelada. Não é o que se espera de um hotel de águas termais. A cama de casal não divide em duas. Fomos em duas pessoas uma dormiu numa cama imensa e a outra numa cama de solteiro muito estreita. O horário de check in é a partir das 15 horas. Cheguei bem antes e meu quarto só ficou disponível às 15:40...Acho isso péssimo

O hotel tem um grande potencial, mas infelizmente não passou por reformas aparentes desde 1959, o que deixa a estrutura bastante antiga. O sistema de aquecimento de água não comporta a demanda e, nos horários de pico, entre 19h e 20h, a água não esquenta adequadamente. Seria incrível se modernizassem, pois o espaço realmente merece. A comida é bem gostosa, apesar de poucas opções. O público é majoritariamente de famílias, o que torna a estadia agradável e tranquila. O ponto negativo é o atendimento dos garçons, que além de lentos não demonstram preocupação em melhorar ou atender melhor os hóspedes. Apesar desses pontos positivos, pessoalmente prefiro investir um pouco mais e me hospedar em um local com estrutura mais moderna e confortável.

Já fiquei várias vezes no Plaza Caldas da Imperatriz e cada vez está melhor, foram feitas várias melhorias na piscina externa, na decoração dos quartos e está ainda melhor! Destaque também para o atendimento de todos que é sempre muito cordial, a comida e os doces que são um espetáculo a parte. Amamos como sempre, até a próxima!

Aconchegante e bela estrutura.

Excelente, mas sugiro colocar ganchos no banheiro para pendurar roupão / toalhas. Também ajustar as torneiras que não fecham direito e ficam vazando pouco de água.... Por questão de segurança, colocar um corrimão no acesso à banheira, amenizando o risco de acidente.

Excelente hotel. O funcionário da guarita de entrada e o do meu check in foram Ben mais ou menos. Mas todos os outros atenderam muito bem. O colchão de casal é ótimo. A comida é excelente, isso é bem raro em all inclusives e pensão completa.

Parou no tempo, infelizmente

Já tinha me hospedado no hotel nos anos 90 e a experiência tinha sido ótima. Resolvi retornar, pois precisávamos de um ponto de parada em uma viagem mais longa. O que eu não imaginava é que nenhuma ou quase nenhuma reforma tivesse sido feita. Para não me alongar muito: houve manutenção, mas com certeza não teve atualização da estrutura do hotel. Os móveis, o estilo e os acabamentos mostram que é um hotel antigo, mas não em um sentido positivo. A diária não é barata, então deveriam oferecer um mínimo de qualidade. As refeições são ok, mas nada de especial. Um ponto bem importante é que é um hotel com termas, só que se sente frio o tempo inteiro - nos hospedamos em julho, e o hotel não tem aquecimento nas áreas comuns. O ar condicionado do quarto também era antigo e não aquecia o suficiente. Enfim, pelo preço da diária, conseguiria algum lugar melhor e fazer as refeições em restaurantes melhores.

Tudo ótimo

Foi tudo otimo...estavamos em um quarto muito bom mas haveria reformas onde estavamos e tivemos que trocar de quarto. E o novo quarto a cama era bem menor. Mas o restante foi tudo maravilhoso. A piscina quentinha é o top deste hotel agora no frio.

Hospedagem com pensão completa, porém para o hotel isso significa que bebidas não estão inclusas e o preço das mesmas é fora da realidade. Poucas atividades gratuitas em dias frios ou com chuva, o que nos obriga a ficar no quarto aguardando as refeições. Poucas opções de alimentação nos cafés da manhã e principalmente no da tarde.

Muito agradavel, gostamos do quarto comida area de lazer, é incrivel. Quem tem criança pequena é um paraíso. As piscinas externas nao são tão quentes, mas tem outras espalhadas pelo hotel como jacuzzi e piscinas indoor que são quentes. Todos os quartos tem banheiras que é bem legal tbm. Acredito que de 2 a 3 dias é um período suficiente para curtir.
