The hotel was very clean and kept up very well. The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was better than average for a hotel buffet breakfast. There are limited dining choices in the neighborhood of the hotel, but it was not a problem. The room rate was amazing considering the quality of the hotel! I will definitely stay here again.

The view of the ocean was one for the ages! I enjoyed my stay, except for the lack of accommodation for an early check-in compared to Hotel Laghetto Stilo São Paulo that was able to accommodate me. Otherwise it’s a great hotel

Perfect for First in Florianopolis

Hotel is new and in great condition. K-Platz market in same building provides number of different eating options. The hotel has a great breakfast.

Atendimento dos funcionários do valet estacionamento na chegada muito ruim, sem orientação, desorganizado, atendimento ruim Logo na chegada. Na saída trocou funcionário foi normal. Hotel no geral bem localizado. Novo. Muito limpo. Nota 9. Uma melhoria a ser feita são as toalhas. Não condizem com o padrão do hotel.

Hotel novo, café excelente, porem ao sair do hotel, não tinha nenhuma pessoa para ajudar com as malas. Parece que esqueceram dos hospedes. Até o carrinho das bagagens ficou na frente do hotel abandonado. Falha terrível.
