Such a wonderful property! It was so clean and the standard room was larger in person than photos. Staff was friendly and the location was 10-15 min walk to the main downtown area. They had stunning views at the rooftop bar. Young and vibrant I would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Everything was as expected, clean hotel and very walkable to all the best spots of Florence. Price was comparable and better than most options in Florence. It is a nice property with lots of amenities, including a very nice gym (with a fantastic view of the city) and a rooftop bar (which was quite expensive to have a drink, a bit overblown).

We were put in an unsuitable room….. double bed against a wall, with little space to climb out on the enclosed side. Nearly 60 years old….,, not a spring chicken. Reception moved us the next day when a more suitable room was available.

This is a fantastic concept hotel that my wife and I really enjoyed! It definitely feels young and is indeed a place where students could stay for a school year but it had everything we needed and was easy walking distance to many of the sights in Florence. Super easy to get to from the train station as well.

Pretty good. That place is a bit of a maze though ! Just getting to the laundry room feels like an escape game, but once you figure it out it's fine. A map in the app would be great !

Don't be fooled by the style of hotel as it's a blend of student and hotel on the property but it's a very well run and executed system. Very good people and very good food in a unique place very close to the train station Santa Maria Novella. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. Rooms are not too spacious but they are clean and you're only there to sleep. Enjoy it.

Traveling with my husband around Italy. We booked this stay for three nights in Florence. We were pleasantly surprised at the hotel. Upon walking in, the energy is super cute modern and youthful. Check in was smooth. They allowed us to leave our luggage until check in time while we explored the city. Rooms are medium sized , just enough space for two people . Clean and comfy beds. Clean comfy shower. Eco focused hotel which was a big bonus. Breakfast was included with our rooms and it did not disappoint . As far as hotel breakfasts go, this was pretty decent . The hotel also has a super cool rooftop bar and pool with a nice view of Florence. Does get packed at sunset. The hotel also notably offers a variety of activities as they do cater to students. My husband and I did not feel out of place amongst the younger college crowds. There was a good mix of age groups . We did not experience any issues with noise in our rooms . If our trip wasn’t so focused on exploring Florence, I would have loved to experience all the cool things the hotel offers. Would stay again.

Good local, but not super clean
Online the hotel looked very modern and clean. We chose this location because of that, and the location being walkable to many places on our list to see. It hit most of the needs for us but the description lacks some important notes. 1. The hotel is very geared towards students. They are everywhere which is fine, but they congregate in most spaces and tend to have not taken care of the property. 2. There is a lot of wear on the property. In the rooms, there is a smell of sweat or feet. The bathrooms had mold in the corners, and there was no shower door in our room. The panel of glass does not extend to be able to keep the floor from getting completely wet when showering. The beds were ROCK hard. We came with family and had 4 rooms, they were all the same way. 3.The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were several food and drink options available. The cafe in the front was decent for breakfast, or smoothies as well. If you have an early tour though, the timing is right to get something before the start, as they open at 8. 4.The rooftop bar gives wonderful views but be aware that this is not a full bar, and their drink options are mostly limited to the trendy drinks on their menu. As Americans we tend to like sweeter drinks, and this was very limited, as they do not carry any type of juice. But the bartenders were helpful in trying to accommodate us so we adapted. The price of the hotel along with location was definitely a positive.

I like how nice the room was--the bathroom especially--and how the hotel so many necessities (such as food) and entertainment (such as the ping pong table) within one building. It's a wonderful place to stay when getting acquainted with the city.

Great property, short 10-15 minute walk to the main shopping/dining and attractions! Room is nice and clean, the hotel is quite big, it is interesting exploring the hotel to get to the roof top bar and the gym. It is great views of the city from roof top!

The social hub is perfect for anyone interested in being a digital nomad in Florence or just wanting a quick getaway. The social hub was massive with coworking spaces, breakfast, a gym and even a rooftop bar. Plenty of spots to hangout and the location is so convenient for a walk around the city

The morning buffet is excellent. We have the lake view from the bedroom. The roof top view is amazing . The reason I can’t give 5stars because I tripped & fell during breakfast, my husband and I decided to go to the patio next to dining area. The door and floor is black color and no proper marking on the floor. There’s a step lower in going to the outside patio. FYI I was wearing my comfy Hoka shoes yet my right foot got caught in the ledge by the door . I lost my balance and landed on my knees. I sustained bruising and scrapes on my right knee. Limping and aching for the remaining trip in Italy. Back in 🇨🇦 now. The last 2 weeks was pain and discomfort. Finally this week the pain scale has reduced to 2/10. My husband joke… I climbed the amphitheaters in Pompeii and colosseum fine .Yet I fell in the hotel in Florence . In fairness the staff were very helpful and efficient in providing me ice for my knee. Also there was this sweet lady guest in the hotel who came to me and check if I was ok. I just want to say Grazie!

Lovely modern hotel right by the station. Quiet and really neat. The gym is not a gym, it is a bedroom with two machines in it - so don't book on that basis!

Had to go to the desk 3 times to get a room first 2 were “unavailable”. They did upgrade me but that room tv didn’t work hot water didn’t work. And by then I had been carrying my bags with no help offered for 2 prior room searches. The whole stay was defeating as was my birthday present trip and not a good experience
