The location was perfect. Our room was above a main tourist street, and it sounded like the window was open the entire time (even though it was closed). We could hear every word from outside. The bathroom sink had some black mildew in it.

The property was convenient to all of historic Florence and was a nice respite from all of the crowds. Very comfortable with two floors and a terrace with a view. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Le stanze degli amidei is a wonderful place to stay, near the Ponte Vecchio making it very central to great restaurants, historical sites, museums and street musicians. The room was very clean, comfortable and homey. Loved the terrace overlooking the street onto the Ponte Vecchio. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay there again the next time we are in Florence.

In a great place location wise, room is good although bed is a bit hard and pillows a bit flat which is fine if you like it that way! Terrace is great and you can hear the street below. Walkable and close to Arno river

Very hard to find. Checkin “by appointment only”. Once you get there you have to haul your luggage up twenty steps (no elevator) front desk person offered no assistance. Our sliding door jumped the track and owner accused us ‘breaking’ the door, we were very offended. Good location is about all you can say. Great hotel right across the street with beautiful roof top bar. Will stay there next trip.

We visited several cities during our trip to Rome and this was the best hotel we stayed in the whole time. Check in was easy. The room had a wonderful balcony, and the balcony had a great view of the main shopping street. Great food and shopping were right there! The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was fantastic. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place other than I wish we could have stayed in that hotel room longer. Highly recommend this hotel!

We really loved this property. The location was great, as it was right in the centre of Florence. It was clean, very roomy and the bed was comfortable and shower was great. Our only negative was the noise. We did take ear plugs which helped but I suppose it’s a downside to it being so central.

The positives: The location is amazing. The staff were helpful. The balcony is perfect. Ample space for 2 people. Modern decor. Powered blinds keep light and noise out. The negatives: The shower drain was clogged and the tub wasn't sealed, so the water drained into the rest of the bathroom. The table was dirty. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our time in Florence and this property allowed us to explore the city effortlessly!

This was our favorite stay in our 2 weeks in Italy. The apartment was so cute and comfortable. Our terrace was gorgeous with an awning. You right in the middle of everything! We could walk to all the big sites, great restaurants surrounded us, shopping galore! Our host was so helpful, we had a super early flight home and he secured a taxi for us to get to the airport on time. The cleaning staff so friendly and always made sure we were stocked! We had a mini fridge, microwave and a little nespresso machine! The property had a filtered water machine too which saved us a lot on buying bottled water. I could literally live here! There were stairs to climb but 2 security doors so we felt super safe.

Clean. Spacious. Welcoming.

Central location next to the Ponte Vecchio. 15-minute walk from the last train stop from the airport. It is in the middle of ALL the tourist attractions so expect noise until businesses close. Spacious room. Nice updated bathroom. So clean. Love the sparkling water machine. Accommodating and friendly staff. Negatives? Hotel is a bit hard to find. Not impossible but not obvious either. The lobby is on the second floor. There is an elevator but I didn’t need it.
