When I asked about a gym they said that for 30 euros per day I can go to a gym close by. Not sure how a hotel can be five star rated if it does not have a gym. Concierge is knowledgeable and helpful. Very conveniently located to walk around.

The staff was exceptional! Literally, any person we interacted with at the hotel was polite, helpful, kind. Even more important, essential staff were aware of my daughters Sesame allergy and provided help in recommendations and helped her feel food safe. Front desk / Concierge staff took the time to help with restaurants. Every conversation with a smile. Every restaurant new who we were at arrival and perfect in ensuring Sesame free meal for my daughter. Service staff - helped with Sesame allergy, recommendations. They were all fantastic, kind and always thoughtful. Hotel driver - on-time, kind and friendly. Perfect location where you can walk to Ponte Vecchio in 3 minutes. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, warm, welcoming. A perfect hotel to complement the amazing city of Florence - we fell in love with both and will be back. minor note - if a family of 4, the pull out bed option wont be the most comfortable.
