Breakfast was great! The staff was very kind. They reached out 2 weeks before we arrived to see if we had dietary restrictions. The area around the hotel is safe and quiet, with the river walk right outside.

This hotel is an excellent one to stay at when on Florence. It is conveniently located to walk to local sites. Shopping is nearby and lots of restaurants. It is in a safe area and parking is available nearby.

We stayed at here for two nights on our first visit to Florence and loved it. It’s a small boutique hotel, around a 20-minute walk from the centre and main sights. Our room was large, quiet, and very clean, with useful amenities like an iron, safe, TV, and a great rain shower in the bathroom. The staff were excellent - very welcoming, communicating via WhatsApp ahead of our stay, and even arranging an early check-in. They personally showed us to our room, which was a lovely touch. Special thanks to Daniel and Leonia, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Do note that access involves two flights of stairs, though there’s a lift from the first floor up to the second, which helps when carrying luggage. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection of cheese, ham, breads, jams, pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juice, and coffee. A warm, friendly, and convenient base for exploring Florence - highly recommend!

This is an out of the way totally unique hotel. It is under renovations which can only improve its quantness. The owner was extremely helpful and made my stay very comfortable if even for one night. It rained which ruined sight seeing but not my spirit as the city was magnificent.

Front desk was great !. The room was clean and had an AC. Walking up 5 flights of steps was the only thing I would say was not ideal...other than that place was very nice !

We enjoyed our stay at Gogo petit hotel. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The staffs there are very helpful, after I told them I am a light sleeper, they helped to locate me in a quite room, I finally had a good sleep after previous cities. Location is quiet, a bit far from main tourist area, but still walkable.

Small Guest House, good value.

Got the check-in instructions, easy to find. In a quiet side street by the river. They have 7 rooms. Its a guest house style. My room was a bit noisy due to heavy construction across the street. Riim had good size, was clean, everything worked. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was continental. A good stay, great value, easy to sightseeing.

Room was quite noisy as the reception area was right outside our door, and the only window opened out onto a communal patio area, but good facilities, lovely staff and nice location - quiet but everything within reach. Good for the price.

The place was cute I liked the rooms and the area was quiet and walkable. Just be aware there are a lot of stairs to go up and no lift. If you stay here I’d only bring a backpack or duffel bag. Pack light. My shower wasn’t too clean when I got there but other than that the room was great

Nice place. Clean. Good location. Close to the train station and walking distance to all the main attractions. They were very accommodating for those arriving early. I dropped off my suitcase when I arrived earlier than the check in time. Only negative thing: They gave me a used toilet paper roll and didn’t put another one in my room.
