It is in a great location! Close to the River Arno and major attractions. It is basic accommodation though. The staff were efficient at check in and we didn’t see them again. The rooms have fridges in the closest. The bathrooms were new & modern and comfortable beds. Very clean and air con was lovely!

Very convenient location. Overall was good, but WiFi was spotty and usually pretty bad to non existent in our room. Elevator to the last floor m, where our room was, was broken. Despite that, I’d stay again. Price was good.

liked the location and the sensible modernizations - had a nice spacious and comfortable room. Appreciated the air conditioning and friendly staff - plumbing could have been better. Thankfully, there was a lift to our 2nd floor guestroom. The food was pretty good for bulk catering.

The accommodations were great, and so Central to restaurants and the local activities. The staff at the hotel were amazing and so helpful on our last day of checkout in storing our luggage! Highly recommend this hotel!

All very good, love the air-conditioned room. Late check-in however, was a little bit complicated, seeing all those codes and commas and boxes and it’s late in the evening and it’s a very big challenge. I would hope that you would consider a nighttime Clerk. Thanks, Lyle and Lynn Walters.

There was a fridge and AC in the room which was nice. Check-in desk was friendly, we actually checked in like an hour early and when checking out we checked out 15 minutes late, not charged and were able to drop our bags with a bathroom available in the lobby. The area felt safe at night and there was nothing to complain about. There were larger recycling and trash available on the second floor outside the rooms which was useful to not have so much trash accumulate. There did end up being some ants in the bathroom, we weren't sure where they came from. Did not end up telling staff, wasn't a huge issue or a lot of ants. The last thing was just that Florence's public transport was slightly confusing but we figured it out eventually.

Very nice and interesting hotel located in Oltrarno, the artsy, lively area of Florence center, but a few blocks away from the crowds. Location is excellent! The hotel is quiet and has a wonderful history. I would stay there again.

We had to leave early morning and hot water wasn't available until later in the morning around 6 or 6:30 am. There is only 1 mirror which is in the bathroom and creates some inconvenience while getting ready. Location is good and stay was pleasant.

I had a great stay! Everyone at the reception desk was super helpful and friendly. They also let us leave our luggage there for a few hours after checking out which was super helpful! Location was great and there were lots of dining options nearby.
