The owner was incredibly helpful. We lost a phone in a cab and they were able to help us coordinate to get it back. The space was private and felt safe. We were able to come and go by tram. Would absolutely stay again.

The private home provides very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The owner is very helpful meeting your needs. Nice ,safe and quiet area but away from restaurants shopping etc.

Look somewhere else

The hotel made a mistake regarding reservation. After a long trip to Florence, we were unable to enter to hotel and called the owner for over an hour before one of the owners stumbled into the building asking us who we were. We told him that we had booked and paid for a stay, yet he was completely unaware of this. After double-checking, he confirmed that we indeed had paid, but that there were no rooms left. He called a friend who had a hotel roughly 1.5 KM away and we walked to another part of town to stay there. The hotel we stayed at was in much worse quality than what we had paid for, as was evident on the second day when we returned to Barbera to find out that the room was far more clean than the hotel we were forced to stay at. It's good that they found a solution for us, but the added stress, unresponsiveness to calls, and no compensation prevents me from recommending this place to anyone.

Cette chambre est bien équipée, propre et confortable. Le quartier résidentiel est tranquille alors il est facile de s’y reposer. Un super marché se trouve à proximité, ainsi que la ligne 1 du tramway. Le stationnement payant dans la rue est relativement disponible. Je recommande.

Superou nossas expectativas. Pela primeira foto com as plantinhas (uma sacadinha que tem no quarto com vista de outros apartamentos) achamos que este seria a mais humilde das escolhas que fizemos de acomodação. Bem no fim nos deparamos com um quarto com as estruturas novas, na recepção tem ate um piano branco lindo. Nos marcou de forma positiva também o cheirinho super agradável na chegada. Não é tão próximo da Estação nem da Piazzale Michelangelo. Mas valeu o custo beneficio. Um em tempo: pelo abraço carinhoso que ganhamos da anfitriã ao nos despedirmos. Voltaremos a Florença e ficaremos lá novamente.

Ottima esperienza, cortesia al top

La proprietaria è una gentilissima signora molto disponibile. Si sono resi disponibili ad effettuare il check-in in un posto più vicino e comodo per noi, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli fini al pomeriggio e ce li hanno portati in un posto a noi comodo per il ritiro. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, il B&B è facilmente raggiungibile in tram, i quali passano praticamente ogni 5 minuti.

L'host è una persona davvero gentile e accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La stanza era davvero molto bella, pulita e ben curata. Tutto è pensato anche per le norme di igiene volute dal periodo attuale, cosa che ritengo davvero importante. Inoltre l'alloggio è in un'ottima posizione, a pochi metri dalla tramvia, utile a raggiungere il centro di Firenze in pochi minutil.
