On the slopes

Great and friendly staff. Great location for skiing, great restaurant & breakfast. Even if its on the slopes you can easily get to the shops and restaurants with complimentary shuttle (cool) or by foot. Facilities avail such as ski room, luggage, ski boot dryer. Did not visit the spa but im sure it has the same quality as the rest of the hotel. Great cleaning of the room also. Happy with the stay and will come back.

It's difficult to find with Google Maps and when you arrive it's magic - it's boutique and also amazing food and the kindest staff and management.

The hotel is in a fantastic location on the pistes just above three main lifts (green or red runs down). We arrived at lunchtime and dropped our luggage at the local ski shop, changed and hit the slopes. At the end of the day we skied straight into the hotel and had a drink while they picked up our luggage. We were fantastically looked after by the staff who were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The food is great and real skiing portions! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with great fresh coffee. The rooms were modern, comfortable, even spacious for ski hotels! WiFi was good and TVs even had GB main channels. The spa was lovely for soaking those tired legs! Boot and ski rooms ideal. All in all, perfect, we will be back!

Hotel was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast each morning, could not felt the food. Easy check in and check out process. Your luggage needs to be down the mountain before 8.30, as we had a later pick up they took it to pro ski to be stored until we were ready to go and collect it, this aloud us to have a relaxing breakfast with no need to rush. The hotel is the perfect location for ski in ski out straight onto the slops. To get to the center it is a bit of a walk on the slops, but all adds to the fun. if the staff are available then they will drop you off and pick you up. All together we had a great time and would stay again.
