"We stayed here for 1 night before flying home to Chicago. The room was nice, clean, with great views. Breakfast was ok. The biggest issue for us was the airport shuttle. The instructions on where to find the shuttle at the airport could have been much clearer as we spent quite a bit of time asking airport staff where the pickup location was, and no one could provide a clear answer. A more detailed directions from the hotel would have made the arrival less stressful. My check in experience went smoothly. Unfortunately, my family did not have the same experience. The staff member who assisted them was rude and not very helpful or forthcoming with information which was disappointing. Overall, it was a nice and convenient hotel for an overnight stay before our flight. We made the most of it despite my family's experience. With clearer shuttle instructions and more consistent service at reception, it would have been a better experience."

"We are repeat guests and enjoy the hotel for its location near the airport to continue to islands or the mainland, The disappointment was on arrival after a long overseas flight being given a downgraded room from what we booked and paid for. Having booked a premium double, we were given a double room. Unaware of the room we were given, returning to reception it was straightened out immediately and we were given the proper room category however, when you are tired and jet lagged it is a great inconvenience to be going back and forth to reception. No reason to not receive the room you book and have paid for: Otherwise the hotel provides a simple stay for a night in clean rooms, with easy parking, very good A/C and a good breakfast."

"The hotel was beautiful and the onsite restaurant has very tasty food with a lovely ambiance. The staff were very helpful and the rooms spotless. Hotel sat overlooking a beautiful bay, would definitely recommend. The only one very small niggle was in the outside lovely breakfast area, there were lots of people sat smoking, there was a smoking area away from the breakfast zone and would have been nice is people had sat there instead to have their cigarettes. Appreciate the hotel probably can’t do anything to stop this legally."

"Location was great, the apartment was great. Had everything we needed with an amazing view and access to the beach. There was a great little bakery E-mileys right behind the apartment, who makes amazing cakes. She was able to make us a small birthday cake that was so delicious. My only con with this place is that it is very loud. You can hear everything that happens outside the door. Overall a nice place. I would visit again but maybe wear my earbuds while trying to sleep."

"Staff was very helpful and polite , from the receptionists to the house cleaners , everyone was fantastic, easily approachable , friendly and helpful .Breakfast was fine but it would have been fantastic if they changed or added something different from time to time otherwise breakfast was great . Had a great view from the balcony of room . Room was always tidy and clean ."
