We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. "Located in a great area in the pedestrian old town. The made to order breakfast was delicious each morning and delivered to either the veranda or our room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was more than helpful and extremely friendly. So many shops and restaurants within walking distance made this an ideal location. We would definitely stay here again!"
