"1. No where on hotels.com when booking this property was I informed of the huge $500 security deposit. I was notified via text 24 hours before checking in that this was to be paid. 2. Check in is at 3pm and check out 10am, 2pm is standard and if it is 3pm then check out usually extends to 11am. 3.
