"Rooms are clean although there is a very distinct smell of sewer in the lobby and in some rooms. I booked 2 rooms and the other room smells like sewer . Staffs are very friendly and the location is excellent for shopping and dining."

"If front office would insist on checking in guests via the computer set up at the lobby, maybe they should add another set up for when a guest’s reservation verification is taking a bit of time. Two machines should be ok. Very helpful and warm staff. We booked a suite, which is really spacious. The room assigned to us smelled like sewage, though. The room air freshener can’t mask the smell. Location is very good. Robinsons Magnolia is a great mall with excellent dining options. "

"quick checkin...room is standard...no toilet paper, no wash cloth provided, comforter cover had tears...food seeved at breakfast buffet wasn't for breakfast, more like leftover dinner from last night's seminar...half of the pool full of algae like pool guy just cleans half of it & neglects to clean the other half"
