Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank bietet genügend Platz für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Personal war stets bemüht und freundlich. Der Ausblick vom Speisesaal über Völs ist sehr schön. Einzige Mankos: die engen Garagenplätze und dass das Abendessen meist sehr lind gewürzt war.

Personale gentile ed accogliente,stanza molto bella e curata. Peccato che il divano letto per la terza persona non avesse un buon materasso ma fosse assemblato dalla seduta in similpelle dello stesso estremamente rigida e per niente adatta alla funzione di letto.Buffet molto ricco e vario, apprezzata la possibilità di farsi la centrifuga.La cucina un po' pretenziosa.Molto buona la carne ed i piatti locali.

Exzellentes Verwöhnhotel

Wir Ware eine Woche hier um dem Stress des Alltags zu entkommen. Dass ist uns hier in Völs sehr gelungen. Dass Hotel hält dass was es verspricht , wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 🤗👍

Super Essen und ein toller Ausblick

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Von hier aus kann man innerhalb von maximal 40 Minuten fast jede größere Stadt Südtirols erreichen (Brixen, Meran, Bozen) In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet man viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel eignet sich sehr gut für Familien. Der Spielbereich ist sehr großzügig. Das Essen ist sehr gut und auch das Personal geht herzlich auf die Kleinen ein. Der Wellnessbereich ist optimal von dem Pool und dem Kinderbecken getrennt, somit kann man in Ruhe entspannen und die Kinder können sich austoben. Für alle ist etwas dabei.

Sehr schönes Hotel, nettes Personal, zum Teil hat man - offenbar aus der Zeit vor dem Umbau - ein paar alte, nicht mehr passende Möbelstücke im Hotel verstreut

Good family and spa hotel in lovely location

Our family had a great time here. Staff were good with the kids and there's a nice mix of kids activities and adult spa and relaxation. Food was generous and healthy and value overall fine. There were a few minor annoyances - restrictive pool hours, automatic lighting and difficult to decipher aircon in room but all in all we had an excellent visit.

Technischer Overkill kratzt an hohen Erwartungen

Aufgrund des modernen Ambientes und des guten Preisleistungsverhältnisses haben wir uns für das Hotel Emmy entschieden. Baustandard, Zimmerambiente und Hotelausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der kostenlose Skibus ist eine geniale Einrichtung. Wir waren auch angetan von der Hotelküche, die tatsächlich an praktisch jedem Abend Küche mit gourmet-ähnlichen Ansprüchen anbot, sowohl optisch, als auch geschmacklich, prima! Ein Faux-pas, der sich verschmerzen ließ, war das Rinder-Tartar, das irgendwie am zweiten Tag nochmal merklich angegraut den Weg aufs kalte Buffet fand...die daraufhin entstehende Kritik von den Gästen wurde aber auch vorbehaltlos angenommen. Klasse. Als Besucher eines relativ abgelegenen Bergresorts erwarten wir nahezu absolute Ruhe (und auch Dunkelheit) in den Zimmern. Die schalldichten Türen und der hervorragende Vorhang werden diesem Anspruch sprichwörtlich nahtlos gerecht. Leider kann einem der sonstige technische Overkill in den Zimmern die Hoffnung auf Ruhe und Dunkelheit dennoch vermiesen: Nachts leuchten ein Notlicht, eine LED-Hintergrundbeleuchtung der Klimaaeinheit und ein weiteres LED-Nachtlicht um die Wette. Während tagsüber ein hell erleuchtetes WC gefällt, nervt das schlagartig per Bewegungsmelder angehende gleißende Licht in der Nacht umso mehr, genauso wie der Lüfter, der auch nach kurzen Besuchen im WC meist 10min lang nachläuft und durch die nicht abgedichtete Schiebetür klar hörbar bleibt.
