Just returned from a short stay at Orino. The staff are friendly and helpful and Sal has accommodated all our needs and kindly offered us a later check out to suit our flights. The service is 5/5! The pool area is gorgeous- Quiet, clean and ultra modern. Room are rustic and modern and immaculately clean. All amenities included as rooms are cleaned daily. AC and balcony. Perfect for a short stay away. Food is amazing. Snack bar offers affordable food that is tasty and the included breakfast is so good. So much food and beautifully displayed. We really love this hotel. Perfect for a nice quiet break after a week partying over in Oludeniz. Orino Suites is 15 min walk to cute Kayakoy where there is lovely places to eat (Gaya) and drink (utopia bar). Taxis are cheap and you can get one into Hisaranou for about 85 lira and it takes ten mins. If you offer to pay a little more - the drivers might bring you back to the hotel from Kayakoy as the walk is dark at night. Thank you Sal and Staff for a lovely stay. We’ve loved it.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ilk başta ön yargılıydım gidince gördük ki mükemmel sessiz sakin sanki otel de tek gibiydik çatı katı odası geniş ferah ve çok temizdi bir daha kayaköye gitsem kesinlikle tercih ederdim. Ölüdenize çok yakın ölüdenizde otel de kalmaktansa kayaköyde kalıp kafa dinlemek daha mantıklı ölüdenizin yoğun ve trafiği gürültüsü tatilde insanı daha çok yoruyor fakat Kayaköy dinlenmek için mükemmel bir yer ayrıca otelde çalışan garson arkadaş cin bal restoranda da akşamları çalışıyormuş davet etti gittik onun üstüne birkez daha gittik müthiş bir ocakbaşı restorantı otele çok yakın ve fiyatları uygun,kafa dinlemek isterseniz aile ortamı arıyorsanız mutlaka düşünmeden tercih edebilirsiniz sakin sessiz huzurlu ve güvenilir temiz ilgili bir otel kendimizi hiç yabancı gibi hissetmeden keyifli bir tatil geçirdik tekrar teşekkürler. Ayrıca kahvaltıda garsonluk yapan gözlüklü arkadaşa ayrıca teşekkürler işini severek yapıyor burdan ona selamlar seneye cinbalda görüşmek üzere kayaköyde görüşmek üzere….

Bu oteli seçerken iki kere düşünün

Otele ilk girdiğimizde sanırım yeni reşit olacak bir arkadaş bizi karşıladı, otel ile ilgili bir kaç bilgilendirme yaptı galiba ama sesi hiç çıkmadığı her cümlesini 2-3 kez tekrar ettirmek zorunda kaldık inanılmaz kısık sesle konuşuyordu. Her neyse otele gelecek olursak standart odada konakladık, temizlik vasattı, banyomuz ilk günden son güne kadar karıncalar tarafından istila edilmiş gibiydi, duşa kabinin içinde kuş tüyleri vardı ve duş başlığından su çok az akıyordu. Klimanın kumandası bozuktu, personele bildirdik, pili bitmiş olabileceği için geri götürdüler, sonra da kumanda bozukmuş diyerek bozuk kumandayı geri getirdiler gerçekten komikti. Köy yeri oteliydi bunu bilerek gelin. Havuzu hiç kullanmadık zaten büyük havuz çok bulanık gözüküyordu. Küçük havuzun dibi ise yosunluydu o yüzden biz beache gitmeyi tercih ettik. Tamamen fiyatı uygun diye tercih ettiğimiz bir oteldi ancak fotoğraflarda temiz gibi görünse de temiz olmaması bizi rahatsız etti. Biz işletmenin gencecik çocuklara emanet edilerek ilgisiz bırakıldığını düşünüyoruz. Aynı zamanda müşteri memnuniyeti gibi bir gayeleri olduğunu da düşünmüyoruz. Kahvaltısı normaldi ancak böyle köy yerinde daha doğal ürünlerin kahvaltıda servis edilmesini beklerdik her şey hazır market ürünüydü. Her kahvaltıda yumurtamızı nasıl istediğimizi sordular ama yine her kahvaltıda çırpılmış ve iyi pişmiş yumurta istememize rağmen bu isteğimizi yerine getirmediler. Doğanın içinde güzel görünen bu otel için yaptığımız yorum için üzülüyoruz

Fena değildi ancak görseldeki gibi de asla değildi. Yorumları okuyorlarsa şu önerilere bi göz atsınlar isterim: Öncelikle banyo tuvalet aşırı kötü kokuyor oraya çözüm bulunabilir. Oynar duş başlığı yok ve duş kabinlerinin içinde hareket etmeniz imkansız su nereye gelirse. Havuzda yüksek ses müzik çalınmadan da insanlar yüzebilir. Otel dinlenme yeridir, müzik isteyen bara gitsin. Bir de en önemlisi şu ana kadar hiç görmemiştim böyle bi durum; su vermiyorsunuz.Mutlaka ama mutlaka misafirlerinize günlük, kişi sayısı kadar odaya ücretsiz! su koymalısınız. İletişimde hiç bi sıkıntı yaşamadık, düzgün insanlar.Bir de hizmeti iyileştirirlerse azıcık yatırımla muhteşem olur.

Güzel bir 4 gün

Otele ilk girişte belirtilen oda olmamasından kaynaklı problem yaşadık. Daha önceki gorusmelerimizde odamızın hazır olduğu söylenildi fakat otele girişte farklı bir oda verildi. Neyseki ısrarlarimiz sonucunda yapılan hata düzeltildi , oda imkanlari ve sabah kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Temizlikçi hanımefendiler ve kahvaltı hazırlanmasında emeği geçen beyefendilere teşekkür ederiz memnun kaldık.

Elektrikler sürekli gidip geldi. Lavabo jakuzi vs kullanamadık bile. Elektrikler varken sıcak su yoktu mesela. Ek olarak Çok net bir eleman eksikliği var. Bir süper kahraman var adı Ramazan, iyi niyetiyle her şeye yetişmeye çalışıyor. Kıyamadığınız için bir şey diyemiyorsunuz da. Otelden havuzu haricinde neredeyse faydalanamadık bile ama buna rağmen tam ücret alındı ve bir kaç üzgünüz cümlesi dışında bir mahcubiyet belirtisi yok.

Huzur ve sakinlik

Otelin mimarisi çok kadar şık dizayn edilmiş ki insan bakmaktan gözlerini alamiyor. Odaları ve dış görünüşü fotoğraflarda oldugundan çok daha güzel. Eşimle birlikte 2 gun planladığımız otel rezervasyonunu daha uzun tutmadığımız için çok pişman olduk. Eğer arabanız var ise otelin konumu bütün Fethiye yi gezmek için çok ideal. Boşuna Ölüdeniz ve Fethiye nin kalabalık ve gürültülüsünü çekmenize hiç gerek yok. Otelden 10 dk Ölüdeniz de 25 dkda Fethiye de olabilirsiniz. Ayrıca Karaköy de başlı başına bir tarihi değer. 1 gününüzü de Karaköy Antik Kentini gezmeye ayırmanızı en tepe noktadan tüm Fethiye ye kuşbakışı izlemenizi tavsiye ederiz. Otelin tüm çalışanlarına özellikle Mert kardeşimize ve sahipleri ne çok teşekkür ederiz. Aile sıcaklığı ile bizleri karşılayıp uğurladılar. Seneye tatil rotamizda yine yer alacak bir otel ancak bu sefer daha fazla bu huzuru yaşamak istiyoruz.

A few days in paradise

A gem of a place in an idyllic like setting. Away from hustle and bustle of tourist spots this charming hotel has everything and more to make your stay unforgettable. Cem, who owns the place, is a perfect host! He's there to make sure you're enjoying the grounds, the food (which btw is delicious) and the whole experience. The place is spotless clean, the rooms are spacious and beautifully arranged (comfy bed!), big bathroom with a walk in shower, nice pool with more than enough loungers - if rest is what you're after you're in paradise! Having a car helps but one can catch the dolmus outside the hotel and you're in hisaronu in 10min.

Nous cherchions un hôtel calme, familial et un peu à l'écart des grands complexes. Et nous avons trouvé, cet hôtel est une petite structure, à la campagne et où vous n'êtes pas un numéro mais une personne. Ambiance familiale et décontraction. Repos et calme. De véritables vacances.
