We arrived well early of the actual check in time and they allowed us to leave our bags and go lounge by the pool. The staff were really nice and the hotel amenities are excellent. Arrived late evening and was kept waiting for over half an hour to check in while they 'checked with the office' even though they had the booking on their computer and I had a copy with me. Bed definitely had seen better days with a choice of sleeping in a large hill of springs in the centre or falling out the sides as they collapsed. Kitchenette had no equipment at all...
