I had a confirmed booking and when I turned up at the hotel for check in there was overbooked. I have been told to chase the refund directly from Expedia.

Hotel zelf is niet slecht

Ik had alles al geregeld en betaald via expedia bevestiging gehad bewijs alles, eenmaal daar aangekomen ook nog in de nacht krijgen we te horen van de hotel medewerkers dat we niet in systeem staan en dat we niks hebben betaald Bewijzen laten zien alsnog zeggen ze nee jullie hebben niet betaald. En dat de tussen persoon geen fax hebben gestuurd en na dat mijn man hun ging dreiging dat we het op Facebook zullen zitten hebben ze ineens die fax binnen.

Terrible Place

Where to start!!!??? The staff is horrible, unkind and unpolite. Especially The person who didn t let my wife help me take ma bags to my room because we were told that it was not ok even if she was on the reservation. I am very disappointed and this was a big mistake staying here. NO HOT WATER AND THE TOILET WAS MAKING NOISE THE HOLE NIGHT. I highly recommend that you do not go to this hotel!

Festival des musiques sacrées du monde

Arrivées en pleine nuit, 2h du matin, le personnel manifestement n'avait pas été prévenu de notre séjour, mais nous a néanmoins très bien accueillies. En cours de séjour, nous avons appris que la centrale de réservation n'avait pas fait la liaison. Cet hôtel est très agréable, calme et cependant vivant. Hall et restaurant, donnent envie d'y flâner. Nous avons été enchantées d'avoir obtenu un hôtel marocain, bien connu sur Fès, dont le personnel était disponible, disposé à échanger, plutôt qu'un hôtel de chaîne internationale. Petite suggestion : nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir choisir un fruit plutôt qu'un jus de fruit, au petit-déjeuner. Cet hôtel a été pour nous un havre frais et reposant après nos journées passées aux concerts, dans les ruelles de la médina, ou au jardin Jnan Sbil.

Vi var nöjda med det mesta. Om något fattades, rättades det alltid snabbt efter tillsägelse. Saknade balkong och takterrassen var under uppbyggnad (?). Frukosten var en besvikelse, men jag fick grönsaker när jag bad. Ingen frukt.

Good place for tourism and business.

Staff, just very kind. Location is nice. Ask for a room NOT on the club side of the hotel if you want to sleep at night. Go down to the club at night to enjoy Moroccan folklore and party (starts at midnight)

Hôtel très sombre.... déco moche... resto nul

restauration nulle... le seul jour où nous décidons de dîner, on voulait des spaguettis à la carbonara.... y'en a plus... Pas de chauffage dans la chambre au mois de décembre ! Taxe de séjour à régler ! en plus de notre addition ! Déco y'à où se taper une déprime !

Probably the most scariest hotel ever, and very empty, 8 floors of rooms and only a handful of people staying there, even the lobby area was eerie and empty and dark as they saved on using lights.... and for fellow muslims there is a disco there which is haraam and loud when you are sleeping........!

hotel wassim à Fez : hôtel pas entretenu, même pas un 2 étoiles !!

hôtel sale, chambre pas entretenue, 4 chaines arabes seulement à la télévision, douche cassée, la femme de ménage qui rentre sans frapper, un petit déjeuner immonde (^pain rassi, viennoiseries sèches de plusieurs jours, pas de couverts, pas je jus d'orange... oublier ce hôtel qui n'est surement pas un 4 étoiles !

Todo correcto teniendo en cuenta que no es un 4 estrellas europeo. Limpio y trato muy bueno. Aunque en la reserva pone impuestos incluidos no es asi. Cobran un impuesto por persona y dia. Cerca de la estacion de trenes y Grand taxi. Relativamente cerca de la medina aunque por 15DH te lleva un petit taxi a la puerta de la medina.

Would recommend staying at riyahd in the medina. This hotel is far from the action. The hotel seemed like it was offline/closed - lights were often off in main areas and hallways, although this may be attributed just to my trip in the offseason.

bon endroit a Fez

hôtel très confortable. personnel a la réception très serviable , par contre à aviter la demi pension car repas n allant pas du tout avec le style de l hôtel, repas vraiment sans goût . chambre très correcte problème dans ma chambre pas de téléphone qui fonctionnait . Hôtel bien situé à Fés et quartier agréable.

Hotel Wassim à Fez loin des lieux touristiques

Hotel agréable mais loin de la "médina".Par contre il faut utiliser les taxis rouges qui sont tres pratiques pour se deplacer de l'hotel aux centres touristiques de fez. même si les tarifs sont aléatoires ( surtout le soir ).
