Séjour d’une nuit et suffisant. Très belle aire commune, malheureusement très différent pour la chambre. Nous avions celle au dernier étage, salle de bain avec odeur nauséabonde et pas d’aération. Propreté moyenne. Bon déjeuner. Bien situé pour entrer au coeur des souk.

Mohamad et son équipe sont très accueillants et nous ont organisé plusieurs activités. Ils sont très flexibles. Nous sommes arrivés avec une journée de retard et ont accepté de modifier notre réservation en décalant d'une journée. La nourriture est excellente et l'emplacement du riad est très facile à trouver.

Awful experience... definitely not recommended

Poor cleanance, staff is not friendly nor helpful, and cannot speak english. The room we stayed was very dirty (we even had to walk with slops on otherwise our feet would go black from the dirt). The room also had a strong mold smell, which gave us awful allergies, and it was full of remends on the walls, plugs and doors. On top of that, we had a pair of shoes stolen from our room while we were out for a few hours. We called the management to assist us on the issue and instead of helping us, they were extremely unkind to us and did not solve the problem. We reserved a room with one double bed, but when we arrived there was two single beds put together. That been said, we had a very unpleasant experience on the Riad and would not recommend it to others. * Profissionais antipáticos, pouco prestativos e que não falam inglês. O quarto estava extremamente sujo (inclusive, tínhamos que andar de chinelos para os pés não ficarem imundos). O quarto também tinha um cheiro muito forte de mofo, o que nos rendeu péssimas alergias. Além disso, era cheio de remendos nas paredes, tomadas e portas. Para piorar a nossa experiência, nós tivemos um par de sapatos roubados de dentro do nosso quarto enquanto estávamos conhecendo a cidade. Nós solicitamos auxílio da gerência para resolver o problema, porém eles foram extremamente grosseiros e se recusaram a ajudar. Nós reservamos um quarto com cama de casal, porém quando chegamos, o quarto tinha duas camas de solteiro. Não recomendamos o Riad.

Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Riad was at a great location. Staff was wonderful and Mohammed was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He gets a super customer service from us. The dinners were wonderful and delicious although price is little high. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it when you visit Fez.

Well appointed, spacious, clean rooms with a very friendly and helpful manager! We stayed 3 nights and felt right at home. Loved the location and the beautifully presented breakfasts, too. Ideal for groups, couples both. A great choice in Fes!

Mala atencion al cliente y problemas sin parar....

Lamentable todo lo ocurrido durante la estancia en este Riad, el dia de llegada la suite Pacha que es la que teniamos pagada la tenian ocupada y nos metieron en la habitacion que se puede ver en las imagenes, sin calefaccion, no cerraba ninguna ventana, hacia un frio insoportable, llena de hormigas..... Al dia siguiente hablo con el Manager del riad y me ofrece cancelar la reserva o ir a otro riad de ellos. Una vez alli cancelar la reserva es impensable por que no te vas a dedicar a buscar alojamiento asi que aceptas el riad (Naila) y siguen los problemas, el primer dia sin calefaccion, al dia siguiente a las 18:00 horas aun no habian limpiado la habitacion. Ha sido un trato indeseable hacia el cliente y un abuso por parte del personal responsable del Riad, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Esto que nos ha pasado ha sido un verdadero abuso que lo unico que han conseguido es que estabamos deseando de que llegara el dia para abandonar el riad. Pesima atencion al cliente y falta de consideracion con el cliente. En vez de intentar que no hubiera problemas despues de lo que nos hicieron de tener ocupada la suite reservada y pagada, siguieron surgiendo cada dia problemas diferentes y los responsables se desentendian. Nada recomendable y muy mala experiencia lo que hace que no puedas disfrutar de la estancia en Fez que es una ciudad con mucho encanto, pero por estos problemas no ha sido una buena experiencia de viaje. Nada recomendable.

Good riad, great food, don't trust Google Maps

The booking stated a jetted bathtub, but there was only a tiny stand alone shower. However, the booking also said 1 double or 2 twins, and it seemed like we got 2 doubles, so that was nice. The listing also says valet parking but the address on Google & MapsMe took us into a parking lot nearby and you have to just park yourself, pay a guy 30MAD. There are a bunch of men with wheelbarrows nearby that will then come and grab your luggage and take you to the riad, then ask for 20 MAD. When we arrived we were immediately invited to sit and have tea first before shown our room. We also had their dinner (3 courses, 150MADpp), a little on the higher end of Morocco, but it was delicious! They even accommodated our request for a packed breakfast since we had a super early check out. Overall, we recommend this riad, just try to make arrangements with them for pick up/meeting you to eliminate that stress.

Great Riad ... Good location in the Medina. You got to know your way around street are very confusing. Not far from the train station. 10 minutes in taxi. The Riad is in the medina just few feets an your in the souk. Great staff they help us with different kind of things around. Breakfast included just enough food not the big buffet but real good.

Best location to Médina

I preferred being right outside the Médina gates. It had a taxi stand by it too. The staff was accommodating and the Riad was so nice we even had dinner there one night

Très bon séjour !

Hôtel très bien placé dans la médina. Nous pouvons rejoindre à pied les principaux sites d'intérêt dans la médina , à environ 15 minutes à pied des tombeaux de Merinides et du jardin public .Accueil chaleureux , thé de bienvenue . Chambre propre , serviettes changées tout les jours . Très belle vue panoramique de la médina grâce à la terrasse. Le soir un musicien accompagne le repas dans le patio ce qui donne une ambiance typique et très agréable Staff à l'écoute des clients et prêts à rendre service Navette aeroport payé 150 dirhams pour l'aller simple . Taxe 3 €/ pers/ nuit (et non 1€/par/nuit comme indiqué sur hôtels.com) En conclusion très bon séjour dans ce riad que je conseille vivement .

Great location Pretty Riad with Great service

Prettiest Riad with great service and reception. The staff were extremely helpful and informative. They helped us with guides, excursions and airport transfers. They even offered to provide us with early breakfast and free crib for baby. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Well located and easier to find.

Riad muy agradable

Un sitio muy recomendable. Bien situado para visitas a pie a la medina. Un patio precioso y el personal muy amable. Impresionante la terraza. El desayuno es muy abundante. Merece cenar algún día allí. El único pero es que no admiten tarjeta.
