Safe and quiet

This was a very clean and comfortable place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a little far from town center (it is located in the new part of the town) but it is easy and very cheap to take a taxi to the old town. Further, being away from the crowd gives you safer and quieter nights. I strongly recommend this place.

Nice apartments with good amenities, the size and furnishing were top notch, only issue is 1 of the shower did not have hot water for a day due to issue with the water tank. Taxis are not very familiar with this location, I guess its newly turned into an apartment hotel

Lack of towels , body wash and shampoo in the bathroom all week. My laundry was left in other rooms on two occasions. I asked for the door lock to be fixed, again it was left faulty all week. Drilling noises at 7 am and midnight

Ravie du séjour, appartement propre et bien équipé On s’y sent bien, On aurait voulu faire des séances de massages mais actuellement en travaux malheureusement. Les deux garçons à l’accueil sont adorables et nous ont très bien accueilli. Si nous sommes amenés à revenir sur Fes on reviendra sûrement dans cet établissement.

Siamo stati due volte all'interno dello stesso viaggio nella struttura Les Oliviers Suites & Spa. Entrambi gli appartamenti assegnati erano stupendi, ben arredati, molto puliti ma quello su due livelli, in particolare, è FANTASTICO! Raccomando questa struttura specialmente se andate a Fes con un'auto e quindi volete girare i paesi e le città intorno. E' l'ideale per la visita della regione ma anche per la visita della medina non ci sono problemi in quanto qualunque tour organizzato sarà in grado di prendervi sotto l'albergo (mentre non è così sicuro che ciò possa avvenire se alloggiate all'interno della medina)

Loved this aparthotel! Huge and clean! Located at the New town so was a bit far(not walkable) from the must see places but that was fine with us because we were there to rest and get a good night's sleep. Plus they had Amin who was very helpful! Would definitely recommend this place.

Bravo!

Cet hôtel est le meilleur que je n’ai jamais visité. J’y ai passé un séjour de 10 jours et je n’ai rien à dire à part bravo. Le personnel est souriant, toujours à notre service. L’hygiène est impeccable avec un nettoyage tout les jours. Un petit déjeuner à la chambre exquis, très généreux. Un emplacement en dehors du centre ville mais accessible en 5min avec les multiples taxis. Les activités tel que le spa, les excursions sont parfaite et rien à redire. Du début la fin nous avons eu le sourire ! 😄 Je recommande vivement cet apparthotel.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la gentillesse du personnel, toujours disponible, à l’ecoute et bienveillant. Supers petits-déjeuners à la marocaine qui peuvent vous être apportés dans votre appart. De très belles chambres, propres, très confortables et bien équipées. Attention toutefois, il existe un appartement 3 personnes (pas d’espace nuit délimité) complément borgne mis à part la petite fenêtre du salon : sensation un peu « claustrophobe », nous avons demandé à changer moyennant un petit sur-coût.

El apartamento esta muy bien, moderno, decoracion perfecta y amplio. Desayuno abundante aunque demasiado dulces para mi gusto. El problema es que reservamos este hotel debido al spa y durante los 2 dias que estuvimos, es spa estuvo cerrado por lo que nos llevamos una decepcion
