Super close to the castle, comfortable and quiet rooms, very helpful staff. The reception is staffed between 10-13, I was able to check in at 11am with a selection of rooms and leave my luggage in the reception area on the last day. The building door can be opened via web link. Very happy.

After booking and before arrival, communication was very easy and fast and complete. The whole place is spotlessly clean. This is the first and only place I did not mind not having a private bathroom. Any time of day it was clean as if it had just been cleaned. The room is very spacious and well equipped with water cooker and even tea and coffee. The bed is comfy. The only minus I can think of is that it is not really sound proof. But that does not matter so much to me. O and at the last room of the hallway (4) the WiFi was very weak, so if you do not have own data and rely on WiFi, request a room more to the front. I highly recommend staying here and I will likely return myself for my next visit to Ferrara

I really enjoyed my stay at downtown ! The room was very spacious and bright . The room was very clean with lots of amenities, including tv, kettle and microwave . Breakfast , coffe and tea refilled every morning . The host , Marco has been amazing, friendly and always available . I really recommend Downtown Ferrara !
