"Location is convenient, close to the train station. However, it’s right next to McDonald. The room has very high ceiling, which is good but the room was not well maintained. The trash can was broken when we got in."

"We liked the hotel overall. It was located centrally and close to the metro. You could walk 5 minutes to the train and go anywhere. The room was nice but had a smell every time we entered the room but then you get used to it I guess after a bit. Breakfast was really good - they will make hot breakfast for you. Initially it seemed the staff weren’t very helpful as we were there early and requested an early checkin but they couldn’t really accommodate until it was 2 pm and we had to sit outside and wait for long hours. However, later on it seemed they were understaffed and did what they could - staffs were actually very helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and a great time at Nice. We also took the train and did a day trip to Monaco. Location is fantastic. Only reason why not 5 star - we had a bad experience checking in and the smell wasn’t good in the room. There’s definitely some areas of improvement and I wouldn’t mind staying there again at all."

"The hotel is perfectly located, near central train station, 20 minutes walking from old town. Our hotel room was recently renovated, smaller than what the photos show. The bathroom so small it was difficult to move in and out, the shower so tiny, it was difficult overall. The beds were comfortable, the AC was great"

"Paid for double delux, nonrefundable 3 months in advinece.. Arrived to a very small depressing, no adequate light room. Immediately changed 1st nite. Had to change again 2nsd day and again 3rd day. On 4th day I recvd room I paid for and requested. I knew this room bc I was there in 2025. Bc I needed to be present at 1200 to see the room, I lost my opportunity/tickets to visit places I waited a year to see. They were day trips. This was a 7 day booking. Not only did I loose money for daytrip tickets, but paid the max room price for dingy rooms with 2'x 2' showers I could not use, tiny sink so couldn't was my hair, no rack or draws for my clothes, coffee machine broken, list goes on but when I complained, they didn't do a thing. Pillows gave me stiff neck entire week. Took chairs from balcony y to have a place, other than the floor, to lay out my clothes. So, could not enjoy balcony with a glass of wine, enjoy the son since I had no chI to sit on. The hotel is built between 2 buildings. This means u need to change elevators & walk steps. Awful inconvenience. Front dest are nor even French but cheap laborers from Eastern Europe."

"Nous y sommes restés 12 jours en provenance du Canada. Points positifs: emplacement parfait et personnel de la réception gentils. Toutefois: eau du lavabo sent le souffre (œuf pourri), chambre petite et mal organisée: aucune table de chevet, aucun rangement dans la salle de bain ni aucun crochet pour y mettre notre serviette. Frigidaire très petit et fonctionnel de temps en temps seulement. Mur de la chambre mal insonorisé donc on entend tout des chambres voisines. Construction dans l’immeuble adjacent de l’hôtel: le bruit nous réveille tous les matins. Les draps doivent être changés tous les 3 jours: ne le sont pas, sauf si demande à la réception. Les verres doivent être lavés/changés tous les jours. Ne le sont pas sauf si demande à la réception. Le plancher de la salle de bain n’est tout simplement jamais lavé et il y a de la moisissure dans la douche"
