"Location is great especially if you are going there for Huntington Place. My room was directly over the air-conditioning block (although on 5 floors higher) it made an extreme noise without stop. Staff were helpful and they even gave me earplugs for free. Bathroom is very small, it takes cognitive skills to not to touch toilet when you go out of the shower. Room was not very well cleaned. Overall not the best experience for 300$ a night."

"I did not find the Atheneum to be very well maintained nor clean. Our room was pretty ick to be honest; hairs on the bathroom walls, dust and gunk on all the tile ledges etc. The room decor is quite baffling…. Tons of random ledges, glass bricks, massive pillars. The couch was stained and the room smelled like stale cigarettes. But the staff were very friendly and helpful!"
