We were treated like royalty. Roberta welcomed us to the villa which is just beautiful. Our room was immaculate. She arranged dinner reservations. She made sure we had tea and a snack. Breakfast was to order. She is just so lovely. We had no idea about Fano - were there for a meeting - and it, too, delighted us. We are returning!
