"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"This was such a lovely experience. The hotel was sweet enough to upgrade our room for our anniversary as a surprise! The space was lovely and clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. "The room was very nice and worked great for us and our one night stay in Victoria. The staff were all so wonderful and polite. Breakfast was delicious, as was the afternoon tea that we also had. The staff were also so kind to let us keep our bags there after checkout while we did some final exploring before heading back to the ferry.
