Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Rooms are always clean. This stay was in room 111 and the bed and pillows were amazing! Wanted to take them home. I'll be asking for that room every time from now on. Easy off and on to I20 "

"We reserved for 2 nights. First night was a large roach. We reported in the morning and they said they would have it cleaned upon return that evening. We returned same evening, roach remained along with more. They scattered across the dresser. We reported. They stated they informed housekeeping and she signed off. They offered to change our room and we changed. In the 2nd room were tweezers, wet wash cloths "

Also, it was loud at night so if you’re staying here in hopes of getting a good night sleep, think again. The noise was from vehicles and motorcycles passing by."
