"I stayed here for the third time and it is definitely wayyy nicer than it was 3 years ago. Stayed in a beautiful balcony room on the newly renovated 18th floor with an amazing view. The hotel was clean throughout, including the hallways, and the price was great for the location. Customer service from the management and day staff is 10/10. Had a really comfortable stay and would definitely come back."

"Room was not the cleanest, 5 hairs found around the bathroom alone. Sound proofing to other rooms was pretty brutal, but we did have quite a loud group beside us. Otherwise it was good, felt safe, comfortable, decent amenities and good location. Staff are super friendly"

"Great hotel for my purposes! Was there for only one night - to watch a show at the Orpheum... Great location, fantastic staff! Very friendly and kind, 5 star service from them! The room wasn't fancy, but was clean and very safe! Had a great sleep! Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thank you!!"
