"First room was dirty then asked to move to another room which then they provided and facilities are outdated however they have a washing machine and kitchen which was good but no forks spoons cutlery and on top of that one of the service staff entered the room without permission to which then my family member had to ask them to leave not good at all"

"The location is not bad. But the building is old and needs lots of renovations. You can smell stinky sewage in the bathroom when you use the shower or the sink. Cheap appliances in the kitchen. Bedroom door lock was stuck. Found clothes from previous tenants in the closet. There isn’t enough parking. But the staff were nice."

Will be my go to hotel in Kuwait from now on. + amazing views and not a hint of smoke smell in the non-smoking rooms - something many hotels suffer due to bad air conditioning systems.
