The hotel was very nice but the staff friendliness and great customer service is what made the stay excellent. Bonus: We saw a bald eagle fly over the lake in front of the hotel from our room window both mornings during our stay. What a great way to start the day.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay there. The staff was awesome, and the room was very clean. The indoor pool was very nice as well. There were only three negatives that kept me from giving all 5 Stars. 1. The outside trash can by the front entrance was over full each day we were there, however, it was due to a lot of guest who were with the vintage car clubs that was in town. 2. There were 2 TVs in our room/suite and only one worked. The one that didn't work could not connect to the cable network. However, that was a minor inconvenience. 3. The room refrigerator is enclosed in a cabinet on the floor. When we arrived, there was water inside the bottom of the fridge due to the freezer part defrosting. Inside the cabinet was very hot and the fridge had an automatic turn-off after 8 hours. This made it useless to us, as we had a few items that needed to be kept cold. We did end up tossing a few things in the trash since they were too warm. The TV and the fridge situations were reported to two members of the staff. I hope they have been addressed by now. Other than these three things, our stay was very enjoyable.
