Staff at front desk was kind and prompt. That was about the only positive. Room was out dated. I guess you could say it was clean but hard to say. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The AC sort of worked but sounded like it was going to blow up. Outside was kind of junky. Just random things scattered.
Our "basic" room was essentially a suite with a secondary living area with kitchenette (second larger sink, microwave, mini fridge, and counter space). The value to price was exceptional! We were very pleased! The drywall had clearly been patched in places and there was a stain on the carpet, but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable with 4 very nice pillows. We slept great!
The one thing that stuck out to us about this hotel over the friendly nice lady that helped check us out it's a very affordable hotel and a very nice hotel close to the interstate
It served its purpose for a quick one nighter… the TV was disappointing. Hard to navigate, very few channels and cable service kept freezing. All HDMI connections appear to have been disabled too. Other than this, decent. Check in clerk was super friendly.
This place charges an amazing price for a room that is spacious and comes with a kitchenette large enough to accommodate a full-sized refrigerator.
My daughter and I had a 3rd story room that was clean, but a bit warm and stuffy when we arrived. It took a while for the AC unit to cool it down, but after that it was fine for the rest of the night.
The only oddity was that the complimentary shampoo bottle was half empty.
The young man running the front desk was super nice. We arrived after 10:30pm, probably looking a bit tired, and he immediately volunteered to help carry our bags up to the room if we wanted the help. (We pack light. So I declined, but it was still very kind.)
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy in and out and good dining nearby. We would stay again. Price was fantastic for the quality! Thank you!
