"Was under renovations (and definitely needed it!), but we were able to get an excellent newly renovated room! Was beautiful(!), clean and bed very comfy. Very happy! Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice with lots of choices. However the lobby was unsightly. The Lobby sofa was actually FILTHY, and leather chairs were badly cracking & peeling on top of being dirty. Was so bad I chose not to sit to wait there. Some of the work out equipment did not work, and workout room looked like it had not been cleaned/vacumed in a while. Trash and used towels lying around. But given the price, which was great, and our other choices in city, overall our stay was pleasant. Just make sure to ask for newly renovated room!! "
"Rooms were filthy; food splatters were on the floors, walls and refrigerator. Bathroom had mold around caulking, and the bottom of the tub was stained with dirty idk what, wood flooring planks had 1/2" gaps between the planks where crud had fallen in the cracks, and the "silver" drawer handles were rusted brown. Was afraid to even sit on the furniture. Complained to the desk and given key to another room to possibly use. It was worse with same filthy walls rusted handles, dirty shower tub, but had dirty dingy carpet instead. Got a refund and left w/o staying. Staff was very friendly tho."
"Stay away from this hotel. It was raining hard and the gutters were broken in front of the check-in window so there was about 3 inches of standing water. Upon checking in we were put in a room that was very dirty. Hair grease on the living room mirror, broken luggage rack, floor boards are separated as if the room has had water damage, the tub still had hair products on the sides, the floor was not swept, and very dirty mattresses. I went to the desk and asked to be moved. She asked me to go look at another room. I did go in and look at the mattresses, although not the cleanest they were ok. I glanced at the floors and the bathroom. It appeared the room would be ok to get sleep in. So I returned and told her the rom would do. We took our stuff in and left for dinner and a trip to Walmart. When we returned it was then I started to notice the toilet seat was broken, the towel rack was bent and hanging off the wall, there was gum on the wall by the headboard, the nightstand drawer was broken, there were cigarette burns in the comforter (non smoking room), a white smeared matter on the desk chair. I then booked another hotel at the Holiday Inn Express and went to the desk to get a refund and let her know the condition of the room. The attendant refused to go look at the room with me, said I had only 10 mins to get a refund and it had been three hours since we had checked in. She would not give me the number to the corporate Wyndham office. She refused ti give the refund."

"Breakfast was minimal. There was no fresh fruit and they ran out of things every morning and didn't replenish them. My mom had to ask for coffee three times.
The AC in the room didn't seem to work properly. We had to keep turning it lower to get it to turn on. There were people smoking outside of their rooms eventhough there are signs saying its 100% smoke free hotel. :⁶"
