"We had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The hosts were lovely, welcoming, and friendly. We made good use of the pool after returning from the beach (of which there are many just a short drive away). We found the location perfect as it was quiet, peaceful, but convenient to the towns and beaches. Being amongst the olive trees and vineyards was lovely."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed there in June and it was perfectly located walking distance to the port and to the beach . Our room had a beautiful view to the beach and a large balcony . Breakfast at the rooftop was great as well as drinks during sunset."

"Stunning views, but that’s what you’re paying for. To be honest the place has great potential but it’s super worn down and not taken care of. Maybe it’s because we visited during off season but the furniture/couches outside were both dirty and broken, the rooms were ok clean, but low standard with things breaking and iffy heating. You will struggle if you don’t speak Italian as the personell barely speak English. It’s not 24/7 reception so we had issues at 01 am with people from the camping...

Alessandra foi muito atenciosa. O quarto era muito espaçoso, assim como o banheiro. O café da manhã tinha uma variedade boa. Ficava bem próximo (5’ a pé) do qie entendemos ser o centro da cidade."

"Als Nederlands koppel van 27 hebben we 10 dagen genoten in het mooie Margaida hotel. Het is een compact hotel in de buurt van een prachtig strand. Schone nog als nieuwe kamers, super vriendelijk personeel en een prima ontbijt (niet mega uitgebreid, maar wel Nutella, croissants en prima beleg). Je hebt een leuk levendig boulevard en je kunt je auto parkeren in de buurt van het hotel (max. 5 min lopen). Kamers zijn ruim en je hebt een fijn balkon! "I think this is the cutest hotel on the water front, all covered in vines, with multiple terrasses, shaded by grapevine and other beautiful flowering vines. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, breakfast tasty and plentiful, staff knowledgeable and helpful. A few points to keep in mind: 1. There's no parking at the hotel, you park next door, at public parking, at 12 euro per day 2. The beach in front of the hotel was not our favorite - too rocky and small. "The staff were very friendly and welcomed us verbally in and out of the hotel creating a calm atmosphere. The cleanliness was exceptional as windowsills and window casements were cleaned regularly. Floors were polished even though there is an inherent dust outside due to the dry environment all around. The air con filters needed a service to clean the filters ro allow air to flow correctly so that cooling was efficient. As I was in the trade guess what was my first priority as the temperature...
