"Great resort to stay at with friendly helpful staff"

"Room was dirty, urine on bathroom floor. Cockroach in the bathroom. Broken AC, had to move rooms. Didn’t get to bed until after 2am. Next room top lock was broken off, felt very unsafe. Beds are terrible, very uncomfortable. TV did not work in second room. Hotel very run down."

"Hotel offers a shuttle- but I was not told it was only going to one area at night(or day?) that would require taking the tram to another terminal and then walking through to find correct door. I had called the week before to inquire what I needed to do when I arrived since I had a late flight. This was not mentioned. I chose this hotel due to proximity of airport and the free shuttle. I ended up taking a taxi as I have a back injury and did not have the lengthy walk etc in me. The location is near airport , so the area is what you would expect. Upon arrival ( near midnight) it was a little concerning the size of the hotel that is basically like a motel with multiple building all accessed from outside or steps outside. It did not use the safety I would have preferred as a female solo traveler and no car to drive up in front of room. The front desk did give me a room on first level as close to office. I honestly for the price would not recommend."

"Staff informed at check in that they updated our room but it was the same room we booked. It was upstairs and I informed them due to medical condition please get us downstairs-never addressed the issue. Second day we requested bath towels and staff said they will bring it to us-never came. We had yo wash our own towels when needed.Third day, toilet clogged.room trash was full and never got changed."

"The staff, the welcome happy hour, and the location were beyond words! All were amazing! The rooms were clean however, they are in need of a “refresh”. They are a bit dark and dated. That being said else was superb."

"Hotel is great, staff in the hotel was great, clean room, good AC. Nice bathroom. Stay was very nice! The problem…. The valets! There is no parking lot for this property, you can pay 30 dollars a night for self parking in the public garage, which I suggest, because the valet is 44.00 a night plus tip before you have to deal with these idiots! You should request your vehicle long before you need it or else you will be standing there looking at the valet while he scrambles to figure out where your keys are and as you stand there sweating in the heat for 10 to 15 minutes while they are getting your vehicle, you could have gotten your vehicle from the public parking garage across the street and tipped nobody"

"We stayed there twice, a week apart on our way to and from California. The hotel was disgusting. The rooms smelled of stale coffee, the bathroom grout was full of mold. The ice machine can’t have been cleaned ever because we were pulling out cubes filled with black mold and sludge. The breakfast wasn’t any better. The scrambled eggs were burnt and wet. There was a puddle of condensation at the bottom of the eggs… plus the turkey sausage was so dry the skin was pulling from the meat and it tasted like it was about to go rancid. Very poor quality hotel. No interest in ever visiting again. Yuck!"
