Our stay was absolutely perfect, the staff went above and beyond for us, the pool was breathtaking and we were surprised and delighted at every turn from the attentiveness of the wait staff to the beauty and detail of the hotel. The hotel itself is stunning and the owner clearly takes pride in making sure each guest is having a wonderful time. Our breakfast each morning had breathtaking views of Cascais and was beautifully appointed. Could not recommend...

"My wife and I stayed for four nights. Our room was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to suggesting activities and places to eat. The hotel is very well situated in Cascais to many restaurants and stores. Would highly recommend!"

"I was so disappointed the type of room we got The room we were given was far too small. The toilet was just one step away from the bed, and the doors would hit each other when opened. The air conditioning broke down for an entire night, and it was a real nightmare because we couldn't sleep. I strongly disagree with the way these rooms are presented, especially considering the very high price they charge."

The premises are very cozy and welcoming promoting relaxation with many lounge areas and a pool. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious and a highlight. "Wonderful stay at Chalet Ficalho, We stayed 7 days and it was a delight, from a friendly easy welcome, our stay exceeded our already high expectations Our room was large, a huge firm bed, 4 windows, with shutters and blinds for a completely dark room. Bathroom was light and airy, the shower excellent, one of the best and we ONLY stay in 5 Stars today!
