"People are lovely except one staff member at the main beach bar with the pool. Most were amazing but Friday staff left my food at the kitchen and made me ask for it twice while it sat there getting cold. Attitude! Rest of food and bev experiences were fantastic and I do mean fast service for room service. Need more pillows? You will have them in 90 seconds. The beach is fabulous and untouched by sargassum and has some decent snorkeling. It’s recommend this resort and I travel to the Caribbean twice per year for 30 years. Downtown Christianstead is a 0 minute drive w amazing food options. Highly recommend Harbor Prime!"
