"Clean room, limited but off street parking, breakfast wasn’t expansive but was all I needed."

"The Air conditioning in our room was not working, we were forced to sleep with the sliding door open. Between the noise from the street below and the kitchen right next door, we were unable to get much rest."

"It is a clean and nice hotel however they do not provide enough soap. 1 little thing of gel for 2 people. Appalling! When asked where the slippers were and robe the reply was it has not come in yet. The breakfast is nice and clean. The water pressure is bad. It takes so long for the water to drain. The location is awesome."

"The breakfast buffet in the beautifully tiled room was wonderful. They had so many choices of food, fresh and constantly replenished. Coffee and juices if your choice. The staff there are super warm and accommodating. They did a great job. Also the front desk staff were very welcoming and helped us navigate a more comfortable room. They held our luggage after checkout while we roamed around and gave us recommendations on where to go. All in all, the best service."

"Bon petit déjeuner. Bien situé. Personnels synthétiques et aidants. Restaurants à proximité. Stationnement pas toujours évident. Chambre fonctionnelle mais divisée de façon assez bizarre avec peu de meubles."

"Very central. Easy walking distance of all the sites. Staff bent over backwards to be helpful even offering biscuits and water for the journey as we were leaving. Excellent buffet choice of breakfast and option to order from a menu. Being offered a snack (cake) late afternoon every day we were there and a cocktail and cheeseboard one evening were unexpected bonuses."

"El personal amable ,pero tener piscina y tener el bar cerrado en julio ,y no poder comprar ni un helado para los niños me parece que no está bien . Te tienes que desplazar para todo y el restaurante abre a partir de los miércoles."

"Staff were the best part of the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating. We checked out very early before the breakfast time started, but the reception staff was kind to bring us coffee and muffins to me and my family. Overall the rooms need a refresh because it’s dated and old. It’s a convenient location as it’s 10 min walk to the train station and Aveiro town."

"The staff has no courteousy whatsoever and the bed was absolutely uncomfortable and the bed sheet was not clean at all. They even haven't heard about empathy and far away from providing customer service. All they look for is your $$ Again this my opinion and you can give a try and stay and see how awful they are"
