Nice hotel overall. There was a bit of a quarrel outside the hotel (not the fault of the staff, of course). But I encourage people to bring earplugs to cancel out the noise. Otherwise, the facility was clean and the staff was helpful.

Check out was easy, staff were polite, lobby was pleasantly stocked with games which makes it fun for family stay. Contemporary and cozy. Central location - 5 mins walk to Christmas market/train station/shopping plaza. Ironing self-service room was very useful. Continental and hot breakfast were great quality and plenty of options. The employees were wonderful, had good food and was very clean. One elevator was broken so there was only one for all guests. Hotel is right next to train station which is very convenient but the area is a bit dirty and there were many beer bottles scattered around (not in front of the hotel specifically, it was a nice hotel just not a great area!)
