Terrible staying

It was terrible in terms of service ,noisy rooms and irresponsible staff,interruptions in hot water and lack of enough light in the room,very simple breakfast and bad bad quality compare with the hotel price ,in the end no one even helped to take a taxi and carry my wife’s luggages as a alone lady , I never recommend such staying at all

2. Kalışımızdı ilk odaya göre biraz daha dar bı oda verildi. Banyoda şampuan sabunluğun içinde ve aşırı kalitesizdi malesef. Tuvalet terliği yoktu. Biraz da tozluydu. Onun dışında konum manzara ve fiyat olarak güzel bir otel. Çıkış saatinin 12 olması çok iyi

Daha iyi olabilir

2 gece kaldigimiz otelde hizmetlerin arasinda klima olmasina ragmen odalarda klima yoktu. Tv ile ilgili bir sorun yasadik ve saat 10 da bildirmemize ragmen aksam 20 00 ye kadar ilginilmedi en sonunda odamizi degistirmek zorunda kaldik. Yataklar fena degil fakat odalarda bir standart yok bir odada kisi basi 3 havlu ve 2 berjer varken diger odada 1 berjer ve kisi basi 1 banyo havlusu vardi. El havlusu dahi yoktu. Kahvalti tabak seklinde hazirlaniyor. Bunlarin disinda lokasyon cok iyiydi. Fakat porsuk kenarinda olmasindan sanirim banyodan surekli koku geliyor. Fiyat perfermans olarak bence 10/5

İlgi ve alaka çok iyiydi. Otelin konumu mükemmel. Porsuk çayı kenarında ve şehrin tam merkezinde. Otelin hemen alt katında da hoş bir pub var. Biz arkadaşlarla çok keyifli bir hafta sonu geçirdik.

Konumu güzel..Cadde üzerinde ana giriş, Otele ait park/indırme/bindirme yeri yok..Aracınızı yaklaşık 150 mt. ilerde Otel ile anlaşmalı bir Kapalı Otoparka koyuyorsunuz...Vale hizmeti yok...Park ücretli ama indirimli...İlan edildiği gibi ücretsiz değil.. Son gün oda temizliği yapılmadı..Personel istisnasız iyi ve yardımsever. Otel ve Motel konseptı arasına bir mekan. Otelin akala bakan trafındaki İrish Pub belki konumunun en iyisi ve müziği e çok kaliteli.

Güzel otel, zayıf işletme

Konumu harika. Porsuk çayına bakıyorduk ve her yere yürüme mesafesinde ulaşabiliyorduk. Odaların temizliği ve dekorasyonu da fena değil. Personel de iyi niyetli ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Ancak iki konuda sorun yaşadık. 3 kişi için bize verdikleri oda hiç elverişli değildi. Extra yatağı mini buzdolabın önüne koymak durumda kaldılar dolayısıyla kullanamadık. Oda iyice küçüldü. Kahvaltı konusu ise hayal kırıklığı idi. Sadece genç bir arkadaş kahvaltıyı hazırlamaya çalışıyordu , hijyen kurallarına uyulmadığını gözlemledik. Çeşit olarak da zayıftı. Çocuğa süt istedik önce yok dediler sonradan getirdiler. İkinci gün kahvaltıya dokunamadım bile. Özetle genç insanların işlettiği hostes gibi bir otel. Gençler konaklarken rahat edebilir ancak titiz ve çocuklu aileler için çok cazip değil.

Excellent hotel

The Atos Hotel is in a very good location right by the river and within walking distance of the many shops and cafes. The staff are always attentive, helpful and friendly. We had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. I would book this hotel again for future trips and highly recommend it.

Excellent location and river view

The hotel is in excellent location and despite near the river it was quiet at night. The hotel has arrangement with a multi storey car park which is 6 minutes walk away to have some discount. The breakfast is quite basic but the staff are friendly.

Otel konum olarak çok merkezi konumda en güzel yeri de o geri kalan çoğu hizmet yetersiz. Oda kliması çalışmıyor, kumandasını vermediler zaten. Cevap olarak da pazartesi yapılacak gibi saçma bir şey söylediler. Yardımcı olmak adına hiçbirşey yapmadılar. Cam açık yatmak zorunda kaldık ve çay ın kenarında olduğu için bütün gece sinekler ile cebelleştik Çarşaflar sanki sizden önce kalan misafir çarşafı gibiydi buruşuk ve kokuyordu, klozet kapak arızalıydı onun içinde birşey yapılmadı. Açık büfe kahvaltı dan beklentimiz ultra bir büfe değildi ama kaliteli ürünler yoktu biz sadece simit kapalı tereyağ ve bal yiyebildik açık olanlar hijyenik değildi üzerinde saç kılları ve kaç sineğin oturup kalktığını sayamadığım peynirler vardı.Böyle güzel bir konuma böyle bir işletme yazık olmuş.
